Registration

Prior to accessing the Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFQ), each prospective Bidder, wishing to obtain a copy of the RFQ, is required to register on the ITP Procurement Programme website (www.itp-projects.co.za) and pay a non-refundable fee of R 150 000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rand).


To register, the Bidder must complete the registration form available under the “Sign In” tab and follow the instructions. Upon successful registration, the prospective Bidder must upload proof of payment under the “Payments” tab.


Payment of the non-refundable fee of R 150 000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rand) grants the prospective Bidder access to the RFQ and entitles them to submit one project at the RFQ Submission Date. Should a Bidder wish to submit more than one project, they are required to inform the IPP Office in writing by emailing query@itp-projects.co.za, indicating the total number of additional projects they intend to submit.


Once the RFQ Submission Notification window is open, Bidders will be required to provide project details under the “Projects” tab.


Please note that the Department will only engage with Bidders who have completed the electronic registration form and have submitted proof of payment.


The required fee must be paid via direct deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT), made with immediately cleared funds, without set-off or deduction, into the Project Development Fund established by National Treasury for the IPP Procurement Programme:
